Why we built it
Kohsta grew out of running a property on Koh Lanta. Booking software handled the reservation, but the work around each stay still needed separate lists and messages: arrivals, guest details, cleaning, charges and filings.
Kohsta gives staff one place to see what needs doing and gives guests one link for their stay details and registration.

- Guest registration and TM30: collect details before arrival and prepare the immigration file.
- The ร.ร.4 guest register: keep the hotel register and guest signatures together.
- Thai invoices and payments: issue tax invoices and receipts, with bank transfer and PromptPay options.
