TM30
Thai immigration wants every foreign guest reported within 24 hours of arrival. Kohsta groups arrivals by what has to happen next, names what is missing from whose passport, and produces the Inform Accommodation file per registered address.
It opens in the browser and adds to the home screen if they want it there. Your logo, your colour, your photographs, in seven languages.
For groups
Switch between properties from the sidebar. Each keeps its own guide content, its own registered address for TM30, its own colour and logo, and its own staff.
No. Bookings arrive from wherever you take them, direct or through a channel, and Kohsta picks them up from there. Channel bookings stay read only: dates are changed with the channel, not here.
It prepares the file in immigration's own Inform Accommodation format, one per registered address, and tracks the deadline. The upload happens on their site, and you mark the booking filed afterwards.
Only if you want them to. The guide carries your name, your logo, your colour and your photographs.
